The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

To be eligible for a return:

Products must include original tags, accessories, manuals, and invoice
Items should not show signs of use, washing, or alteration.
