No refunds will be issued for:
- Cancellation by the customer after booking.
- Failure to attend the scheduled consultation.
- Change of mind after booking.
- Delay in attending or missing the consultation slot.
As the ₹799 payment is solely for booking a consultation service and not for the purchase of a physical product, it is not eligible for returns or exchanges.
For custom bridal orders placed after the consultation, separate order-specific terms and conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase.
